Why one price for the whole household?
Because charging two separated parents twice for the same care record is bad design and bad economics. The record is shared. The bill should be too.
I'm in the EU — can I subscribe, and what about VAT?
Yes — customers across the EU can subscribe today. Prices are shown in euros, and the amount you see is the total you pay at checkout. Raposa is operated by a company registered in Portugal, so your billing and your records sit inside the EU under GDPR.
Who pays?
One parent is the payer of record. Some households split that cost informally; Raposa does not split the Stripe payment between two accounts.
Can we add a lawyer, mediator, or caregiver?
Yes, at no extra cost. They get scoped access — only what you invite them to see.
What happens to our record if we cancel?
You keep read-only access for 30 days and can generate a final evidence export at any point during that window. After 30 days, the record is retained in line with our privacy policy before deletion.
Is Raposa court-approved?
No app is. Raposa keeps a clean, timestamped, checksummed record that is exportable. Whether a court accepts any specific record is a question for your lawyer and your jurisdiction.
Is my data in the UK / US?
Data is hosted on servers in the European Union, under GDPR and UK GDPR. See the security page for technical detail.
Do both parents need to join?
No. Raposa is useful even when one parent starts by keeping their own record. You can invite the other parent later if and when that helps.
Can I change between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Start monthly if you want the lowest initial payment, or choose yearly to save about 10%. The checkout plan is set by the button you choose.
